Oceana residents may now apply online for an emergency cash grant. While paper applications are still welcome, the online form is quick and easy to complete and submit. Online applications are immediately delivered to OGNF — which could mean even quicker receipt of emergency funds.

• If approved, applicants will be asked to sign a copy of their application at the in-person grant fulfillment meeting.

• Applicants may choose to be contacted by text, email, or phone.

• During the online process, they may request a copy of their application by email or for delivery at the in-person grant fulfillment meeting.

To print or download a copy of the Grant Application:

• Click on the picture of the application below, then click the "arrow" icon to open the Grant Application in a new window.

  • To print, click the Print icon and fill in the application by hand.  Contact the CRC or email info@ognf.org for instructions on having your application verified and submitted.

  • To download, click the Download icon. Open the file and use a PDF app to type in your information. When complete, either print the form (and follow the instructions for printed forms) or save and email it to info@ognf.org.
