Donate to Oceana Good Neighbor Fund

OGNF is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization currently 100% funded by private contributions from Oceana residents. 

In the future, we hope to supplement our funding with grants from other private and governmental sources. 

None of these funds have, or ever will, come from the Oceana HOA budget.

All contributions are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law. 

How to donate:

At this time, donations may be submitted by personal check or by using Zelle ® 

• Make personal checks payable to Oceana Good Neighbor Fund and mail to OGNF, P.O. Box 553, San Luis Rey CA 92068.

• When using Zelle ® , please send funds to donate@ognf.org.

Volunteer with Oceana Good Neighbor Fund

OGNF is run by Oceana residents and we welcome volunteers from the Oceana community!

Opportunities include:

• Becoming an OGNF Board Member (elections are scheduled for our September 2024 General Meeting -- watch Hilltop Highlights and the Home page of this website for date and time)

• Joining an ad hoc committee focused on a single goal, such as fundraising, special events, publicity/communications, etc.
