Must be Oceana resident and SNAP recipient.
Use the standard application (you may skip items 4 and 6).
Applications must be received by November 30, 2025 to qualify for waiver of 6-month waiting period.
UPDATE: California recipients have (or will) receive full November SNAP benefits and December SNAP benefits are expected to be issued per regular schedule. Should this change, OGNF may announce additional program waivers.
If you receive an OGNF grant during November 2025, you are eligible to apply again in 6 months (May 2026). Please email info@OGNF.org with any questions.
